This unit is a rental, so nothing here changes the property: no tiles touched, no cabinets refaced, no walls drilled. Every image is the client's actual photograph with furniture composited in, and every product links to a real Philippine store.

Stays exactly as found
Laminate floor, white walls, ceiling and its bulb sockets
Kitchen cabinets, counter, sink, and backsplash, as-is
Bathroom tiles, toilet, basin, shower, its rod and caddy, as-is
Window-type AC, window frames, and even the existing curtains
Allowed to change
Freestanding furniture: bed, sofa, folding screen, TV floor stand, shoe cabinet
Plug-in lighting and warm bulbs
Textiles: rugs, bedding, towels, a shower curtain on the existing rod
Countertop appliances and organizers, plants, leaned art

These are not re-renders. Each after image is the client's own photograph with the furniture edited in on top: same camera, same light, same curtains, same AC.

05 · Motion preview

06 · The move-out test
Every item in this scheme passes one test: on move-out day it goes into the truck, and the unit hands back exactly as it was found. No repainting bills, no deposit deductions, no landlord conversations about holes in the walls.
